    Job Title: High-Rise Security Officer / Concierge

    Location: Frisco

    Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

    Job Type: Full-time and/or Part-time

    About the Role

    We are actively seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Security Officers to oversee safety and operations at our premier high-rise properties. You will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and guests, monitor CCTV systems, control access, and conduct regular property patrols.

    Open Positions & Schedules

    We currently have two full-time openings available:

    • Overnight Officer: Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
    • Weekend Officer: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Key Responsibilities
    • Monitor facility entry points, screening visitors, and securing building when outside of office hours.
    • Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the high-rise.
    • Monitor CCTV systems, fire panels, and alarm systems.
    • Respond to emergencies, enforce property rules, and draft detailed incident reports.
    • Maintain a highly professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
    Requirements
    • Previous security experience is a must (High-rise or corporate/Class A office experience preferred).
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
    • Strong communication skills and a highly professional appearance.
    • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs if necessary.
