CGS is seeking a skilled Training Specialist (TS) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop instructional materials, and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
