    The Traffic Control Estimator develops traffic control estimates, proposals, and project budgets while leveraging field experience and operational knowledge to support profitable project execution.

    Requirements

    Core Responsibilities

    · Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.

    · Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.

    · Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.

    · Coordinate with operations and field personnel.

    · Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.

    · Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.

    · Support project handoff and startup activities.

    · Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.

    · Analyze project profitability and cost trends.

    · Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

    Experience & Physical Requirements

    · Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles.

    · ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.

    · Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

    · Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications.

    · Strong organizational and communication skills.
