Responsibilities
- Performs duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities.
- Exercises good judgment to identify suspicious guests or team members, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures.
- This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
- Monitors all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area. Notifies appropriate party of suspicious behavior.
- Records and reports on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior.
- Maintains and updates accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity.
- Reviews taped incidents to identify gaming problems.
- Sets up and maintains control standards book, alert files, and other departmental documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Video Surveillance, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and video surveillance techniques a plus.
- Must understand and speak the English language.
- Must be able to use a PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, DVR, camera, and other surveillance equipment.
