The firm specializes in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, and asylum cases. With a supportive, Russian/Ukrainian-speaking team, they foster a collaborative environment that values both professional growth and personal well-being.
We are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney-licensed in any U.S. state-who is comfortable with regular court appearances and able to travel nationwide when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in immigration court and attend hearings regularly
• Manage and prepare immigration cases with a focus on removal defense
• Collaborate with an experienced legal team and take over a portion of an existing caseload
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and staff
• Stay current on immigration law updates and procedures
• Able to travel to nationwide
Qualifications:
• Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. state
• 2+ years of immigration law experience preferred
• Strong courtroom experience required
• Fluent in Russian (required)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload
• Willingness to be trained on internal tools and workflow
