    Dispatcher

    At Made Easy Concrete, we produce and deliver high quality concrete to both residential and commercial customers with our volumetric concrete trucks.     The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of concrete deliveries to ensure efficient and timely operations. This role combines customer service, logistical coordination, and vehicle management while adhering to safety regulations. The Dispatcher ensures all drivers are assigned effectively and that all equipment is maintained to meet company standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dispatch and Scheduling: Manage customer orders, adjust delivery schedules, and ensure all drivers are dispatched efficiently and on time.
    • Driver & Fleet Coordination: Support daily fleet operations
    • Concrete Yard Operations: Support daily operations of the concrete yard, including material management, inventory control, and ordering.
    • Communication & Customer Service: Communicate with customers and drivers to resolve issues, track deliveries, and maintain excellent service standards.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and vehicle statuses. Generate reports on operational efficiency.
    • Troubleshooting & Compliance: Address logistical challenges, reroute drivers as necessary, and ensure adherence to DOT and safety regulations.
    • Occasional Travel: Travel to the Athens location may be required for training or operational coordination.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    •Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with fleet management software, and strong organizational and communication skills.

    •Preferred: Experience in dispatching for the concrete, construction, or transportation industry. Familiarity with telematics or dispatch scheduling software.

    •Bilingual (English/Spanish)
