Summary Responsible for supervising and managing the Interpretation, Visitor Services, and Resource Management Division at George Washington Carver National Monument in Diamond, Missouri.Major Duties Provide supervision, training, and program management for the division's interpretive and visitor service programs.Develop and implement a comprehensive resource education and interpretation program for natural and cultural resources.Manage visitor and resource services, ensuring protection, safety, and compliance with federal and state regulations.Plan, oversee, and report on the division's operational budget.Coordinate with local, state, and federal partners—including schools, museums, and environmental agencies—to enhance program reach and community engagement.Lead team meetings, set performance standards, and evaluate staff performance.Represent the division at district and national NPS meetings and external stakeholder forums.Education Applicants must submit transcripts from an accredited institution or an evaluation of foreign credentials indicating equivalency to a U.S. accredited degree.
