Position Overview
Summit Technologies is seeking a Fire Support Subject Matter Expert specializing in Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) operations. This position supports the Army's modernization and transformation initiatives through operational expertise, requirements development, testing support, and lifecycle management of fire support systems.

- Provide operational expertise for SBCT fire support vehicles, sensors, and targeting systems.
- Analyze capability gaps and develop recommendations for future system improvements.
- Support testing, fielding, and integration of emerging capabilities.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and user assessments.
- Develop and maintain operational requirements documentation.
- Coordinate with Army stakeholders and acquisition organizations.
- Assist with development of doctrine, TTPs, and lessons learned.
- Track modernization efforts and force structure impacts.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and executive summaries.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 12 years of Field Artillery Fire Support experience.
- Knowledge of current and emerging fire support technologies.
- Experience supporting Army capability development and acquisition activities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
