Jr. Motion GEOINT Analyst – National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) – McLean, VA.Level: Experienced. Full‑time, Day shift. National security, Government.Position Objective The Jr. Motion GEOINT Analyst role at GAP Solutions provides hands‑on FMV training, advanced skills certification, and rapid career progression. Candidates will be trained in FMV exploitation and support critical counterterrorism missions.Duties and Responsibilities Complete a unique three‑week formal FMV training course followed by on‑the‑job training.Produce imagery‑derived graphic products, reports and publish for distribution.Compile intelligence materials for briefings to high‑level government personnel.Input data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply all‑source information to FMV imagery analysis, and exploit NTM imagery using an electric light table.Qualifications – Basic US citizenship required.Active TS/SCI clearance required.3 years of intelligence analysis experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field.Formal intelligence school course (typically 2+ months, full time) resulting in an intelligence MOS.Capability to work rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.Maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real‑time during high‑tempo operations.Prioritize and solve routine tasks.Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical, writing, and critical‑thinking skills.Typing 32 words per minute, 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard.Understand basic intelligence cycle/process.Accurately discern red, green, blue, yellow colors on a video screen.Successfully complete the customer's FMV training course or complete one within the past year.Attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each.Minimum Qualifications Basic understanding of national imagery product standards.Experience exploiting Full Motion Video with an understanding of sensor capabilities.Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process.Experience exploiting national imagery with a basic understanding of imagery analysis.Background in counterterrorism analysis.Ability to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays.Can solve routine tasks of varying scope and complexity following standard procedures.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
