About the Role

This is not a "set it and forget it" scheduling job. You'll own the board in real time making decisions that impact revenue, technician efficiency, and customer experience every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the daily schedule in ServiceTitan
  • Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill, location, and opportunity
  • Adjust the board throughout the day to maximize productivity and revenue
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and changes
  • Support technicians in the field to keep jobs running smoothly
  • Ensure jobs are completed, rescheduled properly, and closed out accurately

What You Bring

  • Experience dispatching in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar software
  • Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional communication with customers and field teams
  • A proactive mindset you stay ahead of problems, not behind them

Requirements

  • Able to work on-site in Austin, Texas
  • Comfortable making outbound customer calls
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
  • Active work authorization in the U.S.
  • Schedule will include one weekend day on a regular basis

Preferred: Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

Education

Preferred: High School or better.

Experience

Required: Minimum of 1 year experience as a dispatcher or customer service rep handling multiple lines and customer calls.

Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
