Job Summary
Performs administrative and professional work involving the initiation and quality control of capital improvement programs, special projects, and park renovation projects for the City of Orlando’s Park Division. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Work is performed under the general direction of the FPR Planning and Grants Manager . Performance is reviewed on a periodic basis through formal and informal meetings and reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management and four (4) years experience in area of design and project management required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Professional Landscape Architect license preferred .

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
