    P-8A EWO Subject Matter Expert and Courseware Developer (NAS Jax)A. Harold and Associates, LLC, is looking for a full-time Maritime P-8A EWO to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Courseware Developer at NAS Jacksonville. The contractor shall be part of a courseware maintenance team to meet the below outlined duties, responsibilities, and tasks.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReviews, revises, and maintains aircrew courseware, syllabus, and training materials for P-8A aircraft systems, to include aircrew tasks, duties, aircraft systems, operations, and tacticsProduces design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, graphics requests, and student and instructor materialsReviews and ensures quality, technical correctness and instructional soundness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessonsWorks as a team member, and attends working group meetings and conferences as requiredParticipates in all phases of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model of courseware developmentUnderstands and articulates project scope and vision to align with client and contract requirementsEnsures work performance meets deadlines and milestonesInteracts daily with active-duty P-8A Instructor EWOs and Government SMEsOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required and as directed by the Site ManagerRequired Education/Experience/SkillsMust have a minimum of two years' experience as a Maritime SME/Courseware Developer within the last seven years; or if beyond seven years, must have a minimum of two years' experience working on courseware revision and maintenance within the last five yearsMust have knowledge of P-8A operational performance capabilities and understanding of platform's security classification and mission sensitivity issuesQualifications as a P-8A EWO Instructor preferred, with at least one tour at the Maritime Fleet Replacement Squadron preferredPossess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiasticSuperior time management, organizational and personnel management skillsEnsures work performance meets deadlines and milestonesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceMust be a U.S. CitizenA Harold + Associates, LLC provides products/services that are considered defense services under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and, therefore, requires applicants to be U.S. Citizens, Permanent Resident Aliens, or protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) (including refugees or asylees).
