Protection Specialist

The Protection Specialist will provide executive protection and security services on an as-needed basis. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to respond quickly to dynamic situations. The position involves frequent travel and irregular hours based on client requirements.

Essential duties include:

  • Provide personal protection and security for executives and designated individuals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to ensure safety during travel and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for secure transportation and site security.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Law Enforcement or Executive Protection required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass FBI and BCI background checks.
  • Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours and travel extensively (up to 50%).

Preferred skills include:

  • Advanced defensive driving skills.
  • Knowledge of threat assessment and security protocols.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
