1. Product Design experience working with Army and Defense stakeholders
2. Ability to scope, architect, and deliver 0 to 1 product prototypes 3. Portfolio of product/UX designs for data heavy, complex DoD systems 4. History of UX research, data visualization, report creation including problem definition, wireframes, end state delivery
