You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.What You BringExperience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).Certifications & Credentials: Active Unarmed Guard Card for the state of COU.S. Passport & Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyPhysical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluationBackground Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningSkills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communicationTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion, integrity, and professionalismPreferred QualificationsPrior military, law enforcement, or ERT experienceSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident responseLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permitCPR certificationEMT licenseFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and ProcessesMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protectionThis Is More Than a Job.
