Description Mesa Airlines Flight Attendants are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Must provide constant attention to customers, greet passengers, monitor carry-on baggage, and direct them to assigned seats, maintain physical health and professional appearance, understand emergency procedures, explain safety equipment use, serve beverages, snacks, and meals, assist with luggage storage, inform passengers of Federal Aviation Regulations, assist with medical emergencies, and adhere to policies outlined in the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Flight Attendant Manual, and Code Share Partner standards.Benefits and Offers Mesa Air Group provides comprehensive benefits such as health plans, travel benefits, and bonuses to its Flight Attendants. Starting pay is $18.30 per flight hour, increasing to $19.84 after six months and $21.78 after 12 months, with annual increases. The average earnings for a Flight Attendant in the first year are approximately $22,000. The ideal candidate should be between 4'11'' and 6' tall, able to reach in overhead bins and galley compartments. Must present a clean, neat, and professional appearance, have a minimum 20/40 vision, be authorized to work in the United States, have a valid passport, and have the legal ability to travel to and from all countries served by Mesa Airlines. Must also complete a background investigation, pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug, alcohol, and random screening, and be aware that the DOT prohibits medical marijuana for safety-sensitive employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
