Overview Job Title : Mid-Level Weather ForecastersLocation : Vienna, VA (On-site)Company : Syneren TechnologiesEmployment Type : Full-Time/ExemptSyneren Technologies is hiring a full-time Weather Forecasters.Job Duties A 4-year college degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or other natural science plus a minimum of four (4) years of recent experience supporting DoD operations working with the standard AFWWS (JET and LEADS, or their replacements).Must possess a military background and have reached a 7-level or equivalent experience certification in US Air Force Specialty Codes 1W0X1 or 15WX or US Navy Classification Codes 7412 or 1800. In lieu of the military background, Civil Service employees with 8 years' experience in 1340 or 1341 job classifications are acceptable.
