Our workforce of more than 25,000 has pre‑eminent expertise in advanced aircraft design and production, modification, and support, stealth technology and systems integration.ResponsibilitiesAct as Associate Manager over the Security Administration teams responsible for Personnel Security and Program Access Request processes, government‑required reporting, and the collateral Classified Material Services office.Oversee offices ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule, and other contractual procedures.Serve as liaison with LM Security for special projects and consolidated processes.Coordinate employee clearances for new employees, early‑career staff, executives, and address related issues.Provide personnel security assistance for investigations, counterintelligence, and Special Access teams.Lead the Fort Worth Team on Aeronautics process‑improvement projects and control boards.Maintain overall classified‑material accountability processes and ensure 100 % inspection readiness.Function independently and in groups, prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.Interface with internal and external customers at all levels within industry and the U.S. government.QualificationsLead/supervisory experience.Working knowledge of DoD Directive 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule.Thorough understanding of SEAD 3 reporting requirements.Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience writing procedural documentation.Experience providing briefings to large audiences.U.S. citizenship required.Desired SkillsSelf‑driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently within an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.Highly organized with excellent interpersonal communication skills.Security ClearancePosition requires a government security clearance.
