    We have an opportunity for a Traffic Team Leader to guide and expand a growing traffic engineering practice. This role offers the chance to shape the direction of the traffic engineering group while delivering impactful solutions that elevate safety, mobility, and infrastructure performance.The job:Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across scope, schedule, and budgetOversee, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project teamManage multiple clients and maintain strong, long‑term relationshipsSupport business development, proposal preparation, and opportunity identificationConduct and lead technical traffic analyses for highways, arterials, and multimodal facilitiesPrepare reports, presentations, and high-quality project deliverablesDevelop MOT concepts, staging, and plans for constructionManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, bids, and funding documentationTotal Compensation: $185,000-$235,000, with sign‑on, annual, and spot bonuses.Hybrid work model with flexible scheduling to support work–life balance.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) providing opportunities for long‑term wealth building and shared ownership.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement benefits with employer contributions.Generous paid time off and paid holidays.Professional development support, including training, certifications, and career‑growth pathways.Collaborative, people‑first culture with strong leadership support.What they need?Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.Licensed PE.12+ years of experience in traffic engineering.The company:A long‑established Midwest consulting firm with nearly 90 years of history, this organization has grown from a small engineering practice into a 400‑person, 16‑office multidisciplinary team.
