Sanctuary Medicinals, FL is looking for a Security Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.ResponsibilitiesSecurity associate plays a key role in setting the first impression for our customers, employees, and community. The security associate's responsibilities include safeguarding access to the premises and surrounding perimeter of our facility. In addition, the Security Associate will regularly monitor all entry and exit points, restricted access areas, staff entrance, and badge verification. In addition, our security associate will be responsible for the first security checkpoint and will perform the first ID checks for initial entry into the facility. The security associate is required to follow compliance with Sanctuary Florida and with the State of Florida regulations. This includes adhering to all policies and procedures, compliance standards, all safety and security protocols, and professional conduct standards. The Security Associate will report to the Facilities Director.Qualifications and DutiesKnowledge of guest intake and verification procedures and protocols.Demonstrated ability to facilitate problem-solving in stressful situations with calm and open judgment.Ability to identify potential problems, analyze issues, and propose solutions.Knowledge of safety, health, and security protocols.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability and willingness to work flexible hours which might include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the facility.Secure entrance from unauthorized people.Professionally manage any situation within the facility that is deemed by management as requiring security interdiction.Develop a solid working relationship with local law enforcement officials.Immediately contact local law enforcement or other emergency services when required by management or situations that require immediate action.Must be at least 21 years of age.Computer knowledge is preferred.We are looking forward to reading your application!#J-18808-Ljbffr
