This is a contract position for qualified professionals who want flexible, high‑quality project work with a consultancy that builds sophisticated, meaningful learning experiences–not off‑the‑shelf content.What You Will DoDesign and develop custom e‑learning courses in Articulate Storyline360 from storyboard through final SCORM‑compliant deliveryApply Bloom's Taxonomy to develop measurable, performance‑based learning objectives aligned to business outcomesDesign evaluation strategies using the Kirkpatrick Model across all four levels–reaction, learning, behavior, and resultsCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, engaging instructional contentDesign scenario‑based learning, branching interactions, software simulations, and assessmentsApply Section508 and WCAG2.1AA accessibility standards to all deliverablesManage feedback cycles and incorporate client revisions within established timelinesSupport multiple concurrent projects as neededRequired Qualifications8+ years of instructional design and e‑learning development experienceProficiency in Articulate Storyline360–required, non‑negotiableDemonstrated application of Bloom's Taxonomy in learning objective designExperience applying the Kirkpatrick Model for training evaluation and measurementExperience with SCORM1.2 or SCORM2004 packaging and LMS deploymentWorking knowledge of Section508 and WCAG accessibility standardsFamiliarity with ADDIE, SAT, or Agile instructional design methodologyStrong written communication and ability to translate complex subject matter into clear learning experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, compliance, or regulated‑environment trainingArticulate Rise360Adobe CaptivateCamtasia or VyondAI‑assisted production tools (Synthesia, GPT content drafting, AI image generation)xAPI / Tin Can experienceHealthcare or government LMS experienceCompensationCompetitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
