Our personnel operate at government IC facilities in the Washington, DC / Capitol Military District area and hold active Top Secret clearances.POSITION SUMMARYHSG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CI/HUMINT All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support Defense and Intelligence Community clients. The selected candidate will deliver strategic-level counterintelligence and HUMINT analytical support, produce finished intelligence products, and contribute directly to mission planning, force protection, and CI efforts targeting foreign intelligence entity (FIE) threats. This position requires a self-directed professional with demonstrated expertise in multidiscipline analytical tradecraft, established IC relationships, and the judgment to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare all-source intelligence reports and assessments in direct support of Command mission planning and force protection, focusing on: (1) identifying asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the Area of Responsibility (AOR), and (2) assessing and continuously monitoring the internal security situation as it pertains to force protection.Develop time-sensitive, multidiscipline finished intelligence products—including threat assessments, trend analyses, and information papers—and recommend actionable courses of action to Government leadership, incorporating all-source information to produce analytically sound and operationally relevant products.Produce highly complex all-source CI analytic products supporting Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA); Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) worldwide; and DoD supply chains—encompassing both technical collection and HUMINT intelligence threat vectors.Conduct rigorous intelligence analysis to enable CI-HUMINT collection and targeting efforts, applying established analytical tradecraft methodologies aligned with unit collection strategies and targeting priorities to support current and future full-spectrum operations.Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required in support of the mission.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience12+ years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or a leadership position within the U.S. Intelligence Community or Military Intelligence enterprise.Minimum 8 full-time years serving as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or IC role, with demonstrable experience in HUMINT activities.Minimum 5 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, to include: foreign intelligence threats to the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains; emerging technologies; and foreign intelligence technical equipment threats to the DoD.EducationMaster's Degree from an accredited institution (required).Certifications (at least one required)DoD Intelligence FundamentalsCertified Defense All-Source Analysis — Levels 1 and 2Certified Collections Management Professional — FundamentalsIntelligence Planner CertificationTraining & TradecraftCompletion of a U.S. Government all-source MOS or job-producing analytical certification course or program.Completion of one of the following targeting/HUMINT courses (or IC equivalent):HT-JCOE Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting CourseDIA Targeting Officer Course — Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)Technical & Regulatory KnowledgeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Working knowledge of and compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs): ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707, as applicable to assigned duties.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTActive Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance is required to be considered for this position.
