JD Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with the Payments Transformation pillars:

  • Modernization of legacy platforms
  • Real-time payments enablement
  • ISO 20022 migration and interoperability
  • Cloud-native architecture adoption
  • Enhanced fraud prevention and risk controls

Solution Architecture

Design and oversee implementation of API-driven, microservices-based payment platforms supporting global clearing and settlement.

Champion emerging technologies such as AI/ML for fraud detection, predictive analytics, and tokenization to meet strategic objectives.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (Fedwire, NACHA, PCI DSS) and internal risk policies.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with senior business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver transformation objectives.

Mentorship

Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in payments technology and operations.

Proven leadership in large-scale payment transformation programs.

Expertise in ISO 20022 migration, real-time payments, and global clearing/settlement systems.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and API frameworks.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in enterprise-level modernization programs.

Experience with AI/ML applications in payments.

Knowledge of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
