This position will sit in our White Plains, NY location.The expected salary range for this position is between $192,500 - $235,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Duties and Responsibilities:Should have strong employment-related (corporate) Immigration experience.Advise, counsel and train clients on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations.Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment-based immigration petitions and applications.Prepare and submit PERM labor certifications.Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.Prepare and file adjustment of status applications.Supervise and guide paralegals in the preparation of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications.Skills and Education Requirements:JD from an ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.At least 2-7 years' experience handling all aspects of employment-based immigration.Experience must include non-immigrant visa petitions, with an emphasis on H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/2/3 and TN filings.Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB-1 categories and AOS.J-1 waiver experience a plus.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
