    Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation.PurposeServe as a key member of Corporate Physical Security (CPS) Security Systems Support teamDevelop and execute implementation plan for security system configuration changesProvide operational support and oversight of security systems used in Corporate Physical SecurityEvaluate features and functionality of applications in the security systems portfolio to make determination of the feasibility of implementing those features.Facilitate and participate in product evolution and roadmap discussions with product management and engineering teams of security system products used in our environment.Act as the subject matter expert for Security Operations software systems.Provide oversight to vendors providing software, systems, and project support.Ensure compliance of security systems with Management Model and regulatory standardsPrimary DutiesManage and oversee security systems and operation (40%)Oversee system architecture changes, upgrades, and system integrations (30%)Develop training and systems support for end users (10%)Assess feasibility of implementing security system features and functionality (10%)Oversee change management of security system updates and related outages (10%)Ensure efficient operation of intrusion detection, access control, and video systems. Track and identify security system performance issues, effectively manage change in the system environment, and ensure effective integration of systems with IT systems depending on the data from the security systems. Work independently.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years combination of education and work experience.At least 4 years of security system experience.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Extensive Knowledge and Proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, DMPPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degreeTechnical certifications related to electronic security systems, IT networks, and/or physical security protectionBenefitsAnnual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $99,200.00/Yr. – $136,400.00/Yr.Annual Bonus for eligible positions: 15@1(k) match and annual company contributionMedical, dental and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off options, including vacation, sick time, floating and fixed holidays, maternity leave and bonding/primary caregiver leave or parental leaveEmployee Assistance Program and resources for mental and emotional supportWellbeing programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption and surrogacy assistance and fitness reimbursementReferral bonus programAnd much moreNote: Exelon-sponsored compensation and benefit programs may vary or not apply based on length of service, job grade, job classification or represented status.
