As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll bridge the gap between Strider's platform and real-world mission requirements—embedding with government customers, organizing the people, technology, and decisions required to deliver, and serving as the trusted partner who turns mission needs into shipped outcomes. If you thrive on driving execution, building trust with operators, and making yourself indispensable to a sophisticated customer, we want to hear from you.Key Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing strategy, program management, product management, solutions, or operator roles—with a track record of delivering outcomes for sophisticated end users.Demonstrated ability to own multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end and drive them to measurable, defensible results.Experience working with or inside government, defense, intelligence, or national-security organizations; comfort operating in cleared or operational environments.Strong product, design, and project-management instincts—you think in terms of users, workflows, and adoption, not features.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, up to and including senior government leadership.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving mission contexts.Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time based on mission requirements.Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI) or eligibility to obtain one strongly preferred.DescriptionAs a Client Success Manager, you will be on the front lines of customer delivery—partnering directly with operators, analysts, and program leadership to make Strider an indispensable part of their intelligence fabric. Your role spans customer engagement, relationship management, project management, product management, design thinking, and strategy.
