As a Patrol Officer, you will have the opportunity to be a visible ambassador for the company, ensuring the safety and security of our clients with your keen observation skills and quick responses.Duties/ResponsibilitiesSubmit formal reports of each patrol performedPractices safe driving skills both on and off dutyMaintains a highly visible presence observing and reporting unusual activityConduct security checks and inspect building entrances and exitsPatrol, inspect, and secure access areas into client's premisesLock and unlock areas according to scheduleConduct site safety and security inspectionsDocument observations, activities, and actions completedAdapt and innovate for maximum efficiencyRequired Skills/AbilitiesValid Driver License and clean driving recordEffective communication in English, verbally and in writingPrior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a plusAble to pass drug screen and criminal background checkValid Drivers License with ability to pass MVR checkMinimum age of 21High school Diploma or GED requiredTwo years of experience in security, customer service or similar fieldPhysical RequirementsAble to walk, run, and climb stairsTolerate exposure to outside elements for extended shiftsSufficient hearing to respond to verbal speech and alarmsAble to stand, walk, and/or drive for up to 90% of a 12-hour shiftPalAmerican Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
