We uphold our values of competency, collaboration, innovation, reliability, and results through everything we do.Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Schriever SFB, CO. In this role you will become a member of the Parson's TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). This assignment requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including cost, schedule, and performance of contracts.ResponsibilitiesUtilize working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding.Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists.Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration.Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners.Develop reports, information papers, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholder leadership.Support and interact on a daily basis with high level DoD officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office, and deliver products successfully in a fast paced environment (on demand).Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 20+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.Active Secret clearance.Knowledge of acquisition processes/activities required to support the evaluation of contract performance against the program baselines.Experience translating technical requirements into contract requirements.Capable of working independently or leading cross‑functional teams to research, track, and complete ad hoc tasks associated with the PWS.Experience in cost, schedule and performance management for a space‑based program and/or a DoD.Expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and development of key acquisition documentation to support acquisition strategy approval and execution.Desired QualificationsPrior MDA experience.Security Clearance RequirementsMust have an active Secret Security Clearance.Education RequirementsMaster's Degree in STEM Discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
