Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.As a Security Ambassador – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.What's In It For YouSite Location: St. Louis, MoSet schedule: Full-time, Wednesday through Thursday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 7a.m. and Friday through Saturday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 11a.m.Competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour based on experience (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)You must have 3-5 years experience in security operations centers or in travel risk programsA comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities Of Surveillance Security AmbassadorMonitor security systems to detect any suspicious activityDocument observed events and incidents, writing detailed reportsRespond quickly to incidents or potential threatsConduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premisesControl access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitorsAnalyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctionsCollaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergenciesEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyYou will work in a centrally managed, 24x7 team that monitors alarms, access control and camera platformsYou will monitor and triage incoming communication streamsYou will be a critical first point of contact for security and safety related incidents around the globe.You will monitor world events that could impact our employees and assetsYou will use established procedures and protocols to respond to incidents and alarmsQualifications Of a Surveillance Security AmbassadorBe authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processStrong report writing skillsGood eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focusStrong proficiency with technologyIf you have Security Operations or GSOC experience – even better!You have strong computer skillsYou can quickly learn various software toolsYou are great at multitaskingYou have strong customer service skillsYou have a state license if requiredIt is the policy of GardaWorld Security Services to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability in accordance with applicable federal laws.
