We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.As a CBRND SME, you'll bring your strategic, operational, and tactical expertise in CBRND to work on projects for the Capability Portfolio Executive for CBRND. You'll leverage your knowledge in threat mitigation, readiness planning, tactical response, and doctrine development to address CWMD mission priorities in the INDOPACOM AOR.You'll analyze, develop, and implement strategic frameworks, operational strategies, and tactical integration plans that improve the resilience of allied forces and strengthen CWMD readiness capabilities. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients overseeing CBRND doctrines, and we'll look to you to guide mission planners and decision-makers.You'll guide the work we do for CBRND defense operations and the solutions we deliver for national security, regional deterrence strategy, and military readiness.You HaveExperience in developing and executing tactical and operational CBRND operations aligned with national defense priorities and emerging threatsKnowledge of CBRN doctrine, readiness planning, and operational integration, including familiarity with INDOPACOM regional challenges and allied operationsAbility to coordinate with U.S. and host-nation partners to integrate field-level capability delivery packages aligned with dynamic mission conditionsTop Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You HaveExperience delivering operational and tactical readiness frameworks to Combatant Commands, including CBRN-specific training and doctrinal recommendationsKnowledge of Complex Threat Environment Planning in INDOPACOM or similar AORsAbility to analyze training gaps and implement capability solutions integrated into ReARMM and combat force readiness rotationsBachelor's degree in Defense Studies or Crisis ManagementPMP or project and operations management CertificationClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationProjected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).Work ModelOur people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of collaboration, whether it occurs in person or virtually.
