The Access and Escort Specialist II will escort and monitor non-cleared personnel and assist with access control for secured areas at a federal government project.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties associated with AES I.
- Serve at a Supervisory role, limited to tasks requiring supervision of personnel performing at AES I level.
- Stand/Walk for long periods throughout the workday.
- Collect and prepare information necessary to conduct limited background checks on visitors and other contractors; ability to process private information safely and securely.
- May assist Surveillance Specialists, depending on the complexity of the work needed at a given site/time.
- May report to Surveillance Specialist III for certain tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
You'll Bring these Qualifications:
- One (1) -three (3) years of experience working in a physical or personnel security function; may be supplemented for a bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Ability to work a consistent full-time or part-time schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Active TS Clearance.
- Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Facility management certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
