Production Lead, Operations and Supply Chain - CLEARANCE REQUIRED

What You Will Do Shape Factory Readiness & Strategic ExecutionPartner with Raytheon UK, Effector factory leadership, and program offices to establish new production capability for the Common CAS strategic initiative.Influence design for manufacturability by driving early and proactive engagement with engineering support.Lead operational reviews, drive alignment across cross‑functional teams, and ensure all actions remain on track.Lead cross‑functional projects & new product introduction (NPI) for multi‑site, cross‑functional projects in support of NPI and production line activation.Identify operational risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement scalable process improvements.Ensure alignment between business objectives, engineering deliverables, operational readiness, and schedule.Develop, mature, and standardize operational processes, workflows, and best practices across domestic and international factories.Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure readiness and drive continuous improvement.Provide actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and long‑term operational planning.Create compelling executive‑level presentations, reports, and readiness briefs.Act as a connective link between leadership, engineering, and factory teams; facilitate collaboration while ensuring export compliance.Travel up to 25%.Qualifications Required:U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance).Active, transfer‑able U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret).University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years.5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain.Experience in an on‑site manufacturing environment.Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics software; willingness to further develop skillset.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑mitigation skills.Preferred:SAP experience.Location Tucson, Arizona – Onsite.Compensation Salary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD.What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability.401(k) match, flexible spending accounts.Flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays.Annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs (dependent on level and collective‑bargaining agreement).No relocation assistance.Values: Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.Security Clearance DoD Secret clearance required.
