Managing Unaccompanied Housing (UH) asset inventories to include Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) utilizing barcoding equipment for the Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) property management system, and accurate uploading of UH inventory data in eMH.. Researching and preparing purchase requests for submission to the Installation supply department when they exceed the micro-purchase threshold. Controlling inventory, maintaining usage data and providing data for annual budget submission. Maintaining consumable supply storerooms and Unaccompanied Housing (UH) warehouse as necessary. Planning for, and overseeing proper excess property disposal. Managing Unaccompanied Housing (UH) storeroom or warehouse, including inventory of UH consumable supplies and equipment. Assisting with the evaluation of contractor and supplier performance. Other duties as assigned.
