Serve as an expert in the field ofall-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positivelysupport a blended government and contractor team environment throughexcellent verbal and written communications skills.This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in McLean, VA.What you will do:Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operationsDesign and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requestsMentor new targeters on projects/workflows/toolsTest new solutions to meet targeting needsDesign new tools data scientists build for targetersRequired Qualifications/Education:Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS PolygraphBachelor'sdegree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree6+ yearsof experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, networkengineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technicalcollection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering,software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computerexploitationExperience with tools such as TDNA, DNEA, CNDA, EA, etc.Experience with the following:Trade craft, tools and operationsOpen-source research and applicationsScripting using Excel, Python, or similar technologiesExtracting data using SQL, Presto, S3, or similar technologiesData visualization tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, TableauNice to Have Qualifications:Experience across technical competencies (analysis; networkengineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technicalcollection; penetration testing; red teaming).Experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledgeofmicroelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiencyin speaking, reading and/or listening.RCS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
