Location: Aurora, IL Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Shift: Mon-Fri | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor in person and over the phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

• Provide customer service and support to clients and internal staff
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist visitors professionally
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for communication and documentation
• Support daily office operations and assist with special requests as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment
