OverviewThe Operations Analyst II serves as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project for the US Army.ResponsibilitiesTracks special duty and ad hoc actionsCoordinates facilities managementSubmits work orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair servicesTracks and manages internal communications and workflows using SharePoint or other designated systemsPrepares documentation to support equipment purchases and managementVerifies security clearances, provides security access badges, provides Security Management Organization (SMO) code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS) (formerly Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)), and coordinates and provides escort dutiesParticipates in recurring meetingsSubmits requests or tickets for serviceWrites and updates scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparednessPrepares quarterly/annual reportsWorks with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) IAW AR 5-18 quarterly, and updates the stationing plan if/when there is a growth to the organizationParticipates in IPTs and coordination meetings and attends and coordinates all high-visibility visits by conducting tasks such as scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audiovisual support, and printing briefing packagesCoordinates and aligns meetings, preparing meeting minutesDevelops materials or presents training for professional developmentQualificationsBachelor's DegreeA minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions, and in the application of information technology.Salary and BenefitsSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000. The above salary range represents a general guideline.
