Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol

As an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and maintaining open communication to address concerns. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the location.
- Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing the premises.
- Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
- Top Secret SCI clearance is required.
- Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
