We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer to be the Project Manager for a DOJ EOIR contract. You will serve as the Project Manager for the contract and also serve as a back up attorney (Qualified Representative) when necessary to represent Franco clientsin immigration proceedings.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a project management plan in compliance with the contract
  • Oversee the work of immigration attorneys in multiple locations
  • Meet with the COR on a weekly basis to discuss performance and other issues
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation and submit necessary reports on time
  • Represent Franco clients if needed in immigration proceedings
  • Perform related administrative and management functions as needed

​​ Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of immigration law experience representing clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • JD Degree from an accredited US law school
  • Must be a citizen and able to obtain a public trust clearance
