As a counterproliferation analyst, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to provide actionable intelligence and context. You will design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes, applying advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge, developing innovative solutions to complex problems, working without considerable direction, and mentoring and supervising team members.You Have8+ years of experience with intelligence, U.S. government all‑source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis trainingExperience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standardsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environmentAbility to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products, ad hoc reports, and formal or informal briefingsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examHS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with analysisNice If You HaveExperience with all‑source intelligence analysis for military activities and operations, such as missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons systems, counterproliferation, and counterterrorismExperience working at a Combatant Command or in a forward‑deployed environmentExperience in task management or mission managementKnowledge of the intelligence cycle and intelligence planningClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationOur offerings include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
