What you get to do:
- Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
- Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
- Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
- Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
- Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment
- Able to complete provided CPR training/certification
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
- 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
- Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred
