This role ensures the integrity of gaming operations, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies while supporting training efforts and promoting quality guest service.Monitor guests and team members throughout the casinoObserve and record table games, electronic gaming devices, count room, and cage activities to ensure accuracy and integrityReview, document, and report surveillance footage and incidents as requestedIdentify and report policy violations, procedural breaches, and suspicious or illegal activityCapture photographs and video for incident documentationAssist the Surveillance Supervisor with training and developmentMaintain knowledge of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and internal controlsDeliver professional internal and external guest serviceFollow all safety and security protocolsRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be consideredMinimum of one year of casino surveillance or gaming‑related experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
