OverviewThe U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) mission is to lead the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation's physical and cyber infrastructure. CISA includes Mission Enabling Offices and six divisions. This task order provides Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (EEOSS) to establish enterprise IT capabilities, supporting modernization, cloud migration, mobility, collaboration, and continuous performance, security, and availability improvements.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end program leadership from planning to business readiness/rollout.Coordinate and create work packages and schedule work.Lead and guide initiative management and enterprise solution engineer teams to deploy dependent projects.Define and track business and development milestones on a program level.Track and communicate dependencies on a program level.Manage risks, issues, change control, and decision logs for the program.Communicate and manage project status to internal project teams and executive stakeholders.Identify strategic milestones with business and/or mission stakeholders and tie work packages to those milestones.Work with development teams to ensure understanding of high‑level business requirements for appropriate business value delivery.Prepare weekly status reporting, quad charts, and monthly program management status content.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of four years working experience as a Technical Delivery SME, with at least two years in a relevant industry.Prior experience managing field teams in complex technical environments.Confidence in driving people to deliver objectives.Technical Delivery Management experience is a plus.Experience in enterprise environments.Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Homeland Security EOD clearance (U.S. citizenship and favorable background investigation required).Desired QualificationsThree or more years of experience as a Technical Delivery SME.Previous experience in classified environments.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to pursue and resolve issues independently.Ability to prioritize and assess impacts of issues on other resources.Problem‑solving with sound judgment and decision‑making skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and follow‑through.Excellent collaboration skills and high‑energy attitude.Familiarity with software development practices and various methodologies (SAFe preferred; Waterfall experience is beneficial).Familiarity with project management across varied stakeholders and team members.Demonstrated proficiency in tracking risks/issues, change and decision logs, and maintaining meeting minutes.Ability to communicate multi‑directional project status and issues to peers and leadership.CertificationPMPClearance PreferenceDHS EOD – 1st priority.Any DHS badge plus DoD Top Secret or Secret – 2nd choice.DoD Secret or Top Secret with willingness to obtain EOD clearance – 3rd choice (clearance may take up to 45 days; work begins only after clearance adjudication).Sev1Tech is an Equal Opportunity and Affinity Action Employer.
