What Will You Be Doing?Responsible for the execution of Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations 5-10 stores, as well as, implementation of shortage reduction programs in high shrink location(s)Provide in person and remote support to local store management to meet strategic asset protection objectivesPerform operational audits of store districts within the Company focusing on sales floor fullness, stockroom organization, health and safety, human resources compliance and customer serviceRoutine monthly travel to Focus Stores. Manage Focus Store program to ensure store compliance, and follow up on sub-standard performersProvide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on Asset Protection Initiatives, safety communication guidelines and current crisis management protocolsCommit to the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer serviceComplete AP and Physical Security audits on a routine basisComplete special projects as assigned by Regional Manager of Asset ProtectionOptimize inventory accuracy through effective execution and management of physical inventories, store transfer monitoring and OMNI complianceFacilitate supply chain investigations to positively impact inbound carton loss and forced carton complianceProactively monitor systems and conduct surveillance to identify and investigate associate dishonestyConduct internal investigations for inventory, cash loss, and violations of policyPrepare case reports covering investigation and case detailsManage initial investigative processes for all internal investigations within assigned alignment and the District when applicableServe as a liaison between store/APA investigations and certified market interviewersSupport investigations related to internal loss throughout the assigned region while partnering with GHO AnalystsConduct surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft in accordance with company apprehension policiesInitiate and resolve investigations related to Organized Retail Crime while partnering with law enforcement and other retail organizationsRepresent company in court proceedings related to investigationsMaintain an effective relationship with store leaders, peer retailers, mall security and local law enforcement partnersUtilize analytics software to develop specific store loss prevention strategiesParticipate in corporate operational test programs to gauge viability of program evolution. Provide relevant observational data to the Global Home Office to inform policy decisionsResponsible for ensuring accurate execution of Store Programs. Routinely provide relevant feedback to store leaders regarding operational efficiencyEffectively identify and implement solutions to eliminate store margin erosionSupport new stores through physical store visitation and pre-open audits to ensure smooth and timely openingsWhat Do You Need To Bring?4-year degree preferred2 or more years of experience in Asset Protection, multi-location experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelinesAbility to work nights, evenings and weekends appropriate to retail business needsMust pass a comprehensive background investigationMust have a reliable means of transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
