As a network exploitation professional, you know that understanding the adversaries' tactics, techniques, and procedures are crucial to producing the intel that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, defensive, and IT logging process experience to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation's most critical security missions.On our team, you'll be trusted to probe targets using the latest network-based analysis tools like Wireshark, Splunk, and other network analysis tools. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools.Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our nation's leaders.You Have:5+ years of experience with network protocol analysis5+ years of experience with the analysis of VSAT networks and systems5+ years of experience with SIGINT, signals development (SIGDEV), or digital network intelligenceExperience using specialized IC SIGINT analysis, processing, and mapping toolsExperience with analytical tool sets for analog and digital signals analysis, including SAT, WVT, DVT, PktSwing, or WiresharkKnowledge of modulation, demodulation, forward error correction, randomization, and packet analysisKnowledge of modulation schemes, including PSK, QAM, or OFDM, and channel access methods, including TDMA or FDMAAbility to write fingerprints, evaluate network traffic signatures, and leverage these concepts to drive mission successTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience working in a Linux and command-line-driven environmentExperience with scripting languages, including C Shell, BASH, and PythonExperience creating network maps in VisioKnowledge of protocols associated with wireless technologies, including VPN or VoIPKnowledge of modern network operations center systems, IT infrastructure, cloud, and data center systemsAbility to identify operational opportunities within systems and networksAbility to perform research and analysis using all-source resources and stay abreast of wireless technologiesCompletion of 450 or 451 Intermediate and Advanced Signals Analysis Training, mcsap, and SADPP CourseClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well‑being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
