Senior Consultant have the opportunity to deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants. As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and create innovative solutions to drive transformation.

Resource will be responsible for participating in the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with clients and team members and building industry and domain expertise. Specifically, as a Senior Consultant:

• Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for the client
• Utilize company methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions
• Provide your subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the insurance space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Mphasis
• Communicate with business partners, delivering weekly project status reporting, and strategizing priorities for timely resolution

Must have consulting experience Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field. Masters degree preferred

Minimum five years of business experience in Group Benefits and/or Group Insurance. Consulting industry experience preferred

Experience with Agile Scrum software development framework preferred.

Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.

Possess creative and analytic problem-solving skills.

Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
