Job Title

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Part-Time Security Officers for all shifts in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Job Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• One year of security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Must always be accessible for phone communication
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas in a clear and concise written form
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work independently
• Ability to pass Federal criminal background screen and drug screen

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
