DescriptionGCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.Assist the customer SOO with HUMINT ops coordinating, writing cables, working with station, ensuring each project is in line with HQs case management requirements.Brief a wide variety of audiences on technical information.Support Liaison engagements as appropriate for the mission.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated experience supporting customer HUMINT operations as a SOO with at least one year of experience directly supporting mission elements.Demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating correspondence and operational cables including trace responses, project guidelines and talking points, and technical feedback/impact.Demonstrated experience in HQS case management tradecraft in support of HUMINT projects.Demonstrated experience with counterintelligence principles of HUMINT projects, such as documentation and vetting tools.Demonstrated experience supporting HUMINT cases with technical, development taskings to include application of customer standards for documentation and vetting.Demonstrated experience supporting commercial, non-traditional projects and cases.Demonstrated experience overseeing financial obligations for HUMINT projects with traditional and non-traditional forms of payment in various remuneration models.Demonstrated experience supporting liaison partnerships.Demonstrated experience successfully briefing and communicating complex issues to a variety of audiences.Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.Desired Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated experience coordinating customer liaison visits.Demonstrated experience supporting cryptographic-related mission or components.Demonstrated experience working on sensitive compartmented programs.Demonstrated experience working on target priorities.Demonstrated experience working with cooperative contacts and supporting engagements with industry.Demonstrated experience supporting operations in the field.Education RequirementBA/BS (or equivalent experience)Experience Requirement8-10 years of experienceA candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans#J-18808-Ljbffr
