We offer one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the industry.LocationsBaltimore, MD; Culpeper, Fredericksburg, Leesburg, Lynchburg and Manassas, VADetailsProvide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with established protocols.Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.Rotational schedule based on operational needs.RequirementsActive Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.Minimum of 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service (5 years preferred).Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.Flight or transport experience preferred.Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person and over the phone.Basic computer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening, and background check.Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact?
