The Security Officer will be responsible for access control, visitor management, patrols, incident reporting, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents, guests, vendors, and staff.

- Respond to incidents, emergencies, complaints, and requests for assistance.
- Enforce community rules, access procedures, and security guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, supervisors, and property management.
- Prepare accurate incident reports when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive presence while on duty.
