Job Summary:The Security Operations Specialist is responsible for the operations of core client sites in coordination with Liberty Account Managers and Site Supervisors. Establishes, maintains and reviews schedules.Provides management support for shared services functions, including employee hiring, electronic scheduling, payroll and site inspections.Works closely with Human Resources for all staffing needs. Minimizes unbilled overtime through effective scheduling strategies. Contacts and redeploys staff to fill call-offs. Responds to schedule changes and client requests.Job Functions:Employees and/or contractors are held accountable for successful job performance. Job performance standards may be documented separately and may included functions, objectives, duties or tasks not specifically listed hereinAll functions and duties are to be carried out in a honest and ethical and professional manner and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.1. Manages client contracts and special events at client job site for the company.2. Ensures the division has the necessary resources to provide stellar service to the clients; number of officers, equipment, uniforms and training etc.3. Provides training to all officers on post orders and equipment.4. Maintains site coverage5. Manages uniform appearance and control process.6. Coaches and disciplines personnel appropriate.7. Ensure that accurate timekeeping and payroll information is posted timely in the schedule.8. Identify and assess future/current training needs .9. Review and implement site training development. Familiarize new hires in the business and conduct orientations as needed.10. Ensure security and safety of job site.11. Other job functions will be discussed.Minimum qualifications:Contract security related training or experience, including supervisory experience and/or military, police experience.Education/Experience:Associates degree and 7 years of responsible experience in security industry and/ or business management.
